| Scottish soldiers name Hope in honor of an English colonel, Henri Hope, in 1760. Hope has a superb red sand beach. Nearby is a playground with a mini golf course, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts and a baseball diamond. From this point a 1.5-km trail will bring you to Pointe-aux-Corbeaux. Here you can admire a pierced cliff.
