Madeleine-Centre has the largest population of the three villages included in Sainte-Madeleine-de-la-Riviere-Madeleine. Have a look at the church and its unique steeple west of the village.
Salmon lovers will enjoy nice fishing on the Madeleine River. And if you like photography, you have to go to the rest area east of the village. The magnificent view of the lagoon, Riviere-la-Madeleine, the capes and the lighthouse will allow you to take plenty of nice pictures. There is also an interpretation centre.
